Over the years Sela-PASS has built a reputable name for itself in multiple industries, for more than 25+ years, the only direction forward is to continue this momentum and establish a robust institution that is worthy of its name.
However in light of the extraordinary Global and market challenges, businesses that do not embrace adversity will be forced out of the market, and that is the main driver for our newly adopted BTUs ( Business Transformation Initiatives).
The initiatives will go thru multiple cycles addressing the organization as a whole via the adaptation of best business transformation practices, specifically BTM2.
